Terms of Service

By accessing or using covrable.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Covrable is an online insurance comparison marketplace and lead-referral service. We connect consumers with licensed insurance agents and carriers in their state. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker, and we do not issue insurance policies or provide insurance advice.

Covrable does not underwrite, issue, or sell insurance policies. We are not authorized to bind coverage, provide advice on coverage adequacy, or accept premium payments. All policies are sold and serviced by independent licensed agents and carriers.

When you submit a quote request, we forward your information to one or more licensed insurance agents, brokers, or carriers in our network ("Partners"). Partners may contact you to discuss coverage options. We are compensated by Partners when we refer leads, but our service is free for consumers.

By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to be contacted by Covrable and our Partners at the telephone number and email address you provided, including via automated telephone dialing systems, prerecorded or artificial voice messages, and SMS/text messages, regardless of whether your number is registered on a state or federal Do Not Call list. Consent is not required as a condition of any purchase. Message and data rates may apply. To opt out of text messages, reply STOP. To opt out of calls, ask the caller to place you on their internal Do Not Call list.

We do not guarantee that you will receive a quote, that quotes will be competitive, or that you will qualify for coverage. All quotes are estimates and subject to underwriting, eligibility, and approval by the insurance carrier. Final premiums, terms, and availability are determined solely by the insurer.

You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the Service for any unlawful purpose. We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user who violates these terms.

All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, and software — is the property of Covrable or its licensors and protected by intellectual property law. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute our content without prior written permission.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Covrable and its officers, directors, employees, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including any quotes, coverage, or interactions with Partners. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed $100.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

You agree to indemnify and hold Covrable harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Harris County, Texas.

We may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
